How to prioritize ideas as a team

Prioritization fails when teams mix desirability, feasibility and confidence into one vague feeling. Separate the questions, then make uncertainty part of the choice.

Agree on the criteria

Define what value, effort and evidence mean for this decision. Use the same definitions for every idea.

Separate score from confidence

A high-potential idea with weak evidence should not look identical to a proven opportunity. Record both.

Choose a test, not a winner

Select the idea whose next experiment can teach you the most at reasonable cost. Revisit the decision when the signal arrives.
